Housed in the Assembly Rooms in the Welsh border town of Presteigne, Presteigne Screen, formerly Presteigne Film Society, has been screening films for over 40 years. It runs two seasons with fortnightly screenings in Autumn and Spring.
The Assembly Rooms are situated above the Library which is in the centre of Presteigne at the junction of the High Street and Broad Street, the entrance being below the clock tower and approached past the short run of railings to the left of the library window. In colder weather the door may be closed to retain heat in the building so don't be put off from trying the handle!

Doors open at 7.30pm. Seats are unnumbered so be sure to arrive early. Contactless payment now available.
Parking
Parking is available in the Hereford Street Car Park, which is a short walk from the Assembly Rooms.
Accessibility
Lift to the first floor of the Assembly Rooms where the auditorium is situated.
Refreshments
Licensed bar, tea, coffee and a good selection of homemade cakes are available before screenings.
