The first film from the director of The Incredibles (who also worked on The Simpsons) is a wonderful adaptation of Ted Hughes classic children’s story. An alien giant robot crash-lands on earth and is befriended by young Hogarth. But they soon find themselves being pursued by a paranoid government agent who is determined to destroy the giant at all costs. A beautifully made movie, full of fun and action that both adults and kids will enjoy.
