From the director of Spirited Away, this wonderful animated action movie is full of imaginative treats – from the Bosch-like castle to the 90 year-old cleaning lady who is its heroine! Cursed by the Witch of the Waste as a young girl, she works for Howl, a wizard who is trying to outwit rival warmongering factions. Animation doesn’t get any more beautiful, intricate, or enchanting than this.
