This tale of corporate greed seen through alien eyes is totally different from anything you ever seen before - think South Park with a saucy Argentinian twist - a wild and hilariously gross cartoon that is strictly for adults with its nods to Bond and Tarantino. Mercano is a Martian stranded in Buenos Aires, his only friend the lonely Julian. In their bid to take over the world, ‘The Corporation’ imprison Mercano, but Julian is determined to rescue his friend so we’re all set for a bloody showdown. A highly original political satire that is boldly drawn in stunning colours, with sharp dialogue (the Buenos Aires’ hustlers and Mercano’s Martian mates are particularly good), and spot-on observations about our love/hate relationship with the ‘computadora’.
